Windows XP includes the ability to write files to a CD. The following are some simple steps on how to burn a CD using Windows XP.
Step 1 Place a CD-R into the CD-Rom Drive Step 2 Open My Computer > Your CD Writter Drive Step 3 Drag and Drop the files you would like to burn to the CD into the CD Writter Window Step 4 Go File > Write these files to CD.
