This tutorial explains how to create an Active Directory User in Windows 2003.

Step 1: Start > Administrative Tools > Active Directory Users and Computers

Step 2: Right click the container where you want to create the user object and then choose New > User.

Step 3: Type the username and login name, and then click Next.

Step 4: Change the settings to what you want, click next. Then Click Finish.

Thats all the information AD needs to create a user, all the rest of the data on the user can be defined by right-clicking and selecting properties of the user.
